RN - Skilled Nursing (PRN)

Pay Rate: $54 - $58/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shift: Evening Shift | 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on a PRN basis. The RN will provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensure adherence to care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote patient well-being and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor, record, and report resident symptoms or changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in shift hand-offs, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate or Bachelor’s degree).
• Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
