Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $2088 - $2232; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Level IV Surgical NICU in Atlanta, GA. This is a contract position ideal for RNs who thrive in high-acuity environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional care to neonates with complex medical and surgical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU setting.
- Monitor, assess, and document vital signs, clinical status, and response to treatment.
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, surgeons, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Administer medications and interventions per physician orders and NICU protocols.
- Educate and support families throughout their NICU stay.
- Maintain a safe, developmentally appropriate, and nurturing environment.
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience required.
- Level IV and/or Surgical NICU experience.
- PALS certification required
- NRP certification preferred
- Must be able to commit to weekend shifts only (Friday – Sunday).
