Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $2,232 - $2,412; (Negotiable based on experience)

The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with intermediate and critical care needs. This is a 13-week assignment, with the potential for extension based on performance and facility requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the IMCU/PCU settings, focusing on monitoring, assessing, and managing patients’ conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in a timely manner.
- Perform routine assessments, document patient progress, and communicate changes in condition to the medical team.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
- Respond promptly to patient needs, including emergency situations.
- Assist with the orientation and training of new staff members when required.
- Float to different departments as needed, based on staffing and patient care needs.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMCU/PCU, including documented travel nursing experience.
- Certifications: Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Licenses: Active RN License in New York State and any other state(s) held.
- Experience with EMR: EPIC experience required for documentation and charting.
- Floating: Must be flexible and willing to float to other units as required.
- Will accept local candidates.
- Local pay rates will apply to candidates residing within 75 miles.
