RN- Progressive Care Unit (Day Shift)

Location: Concord, NH, 03301

Duration: 13-weeks Contract

Shift: 12-hr Days

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (48 hours may be considered)

Weekly Pay: $2,088 - $2,268; (Negotiable based on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with PCU/Stepdown experience to join our team on a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, progressive care environment. This role is perfect for RNs looking for day shifts with flexible guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit / Stepdown setting.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation (Cerner experience preferred).
• Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and critical situations.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care/Stepdown experience. Travel experience must be documented.
• Active NH RN license.
• Licenses verification required for all active RN licenses.
• BLS & ACLS certification required.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred; Cerner experience a plus but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
