We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis in Cambridge, MD. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies/procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and treatment plans.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
- Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
