Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, individualized nursing care based on patient-centered assessment and treatment plans
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and other procedures as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical records system
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri or compact license, in accordance with state regulations
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required upon hire
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute care or Med/Surg setting required
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
