Pay Rate: $28 - $33/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shift: Evening | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to patients in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting. As a PRN team member, you will have the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, covering various shifts to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring: Monitor and record patient vital signs, and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
• Assistance: Assist with patient assessments and evaluations.
• Wound Care: Provide wound care and dressing changes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Education: Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
