Schedule: Night Shift; Rotating Weekends; Holiday Coverage Required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) / LDRP Float Pool for a 13-week contract opportunity covering multiple locations in Oregon. The RN must be flexible to float between assigned hospitals based on staffing needs, although a primary location may be prioritized during the assignment.
Candidates must have strong Labor & Delivery experience, including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, postpartum care, and newborn care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn phases of care.
Assess maternal and fetal status, recognize changes in clinical condition, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
Perform fetal monitoring and support patients throughout labor progression and delivery.
Provide postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns while supporting education, recovery, and safe transition of care.
Maintain accurate Epic documentation and float between qualified locations and patient-care areas based on staffing needs.
Requirements
Minimum 2 Years of Recent Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse Experience Required.
Current, Unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse License Required at Time of Submission.
Current Healthcare Provider Level BLS, American Heart Association ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS Certifications Required.
Labor Management, Delivery Care, Fetal Monitoring, Postpartum, and Newborn Care Experience Required; Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE Certification Preferred.
Epic Proficiency and Verification of High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Must Have Reliable Personal Transportation and Be Able to Travel Between Assigned Work Locations.
