In this role, you will:
- Support post-merger integration activities and help manage unfinished business after the deal closes.
- Coordinate across underwriting, IT, back-office teams, and third-party vendors.
- Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies and provide regular status updates.
- Assist the Lead Project Manager with documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination.
- Communicate effectively with business leaders, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to maintain alignment.
Who You Are:
- 5 years of project coordination or project management experience.
- Commercial P&C insurance experience required.
- Experience supporting M&A integrations or large transformation initiatives preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines and maintain strong attention to detail.
