Job Summary/Basic Function
JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Coordinator shall serve as the major logistical resource to the Executive Director of the Undergraduate Student Success Center and will assist with responsibility for the efficient and productive operation of the Center.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serves as the Center’s logistical leader with respect to the inventory, purchase and distribution of all materials and supplies.
• Maintains the Center’s official calendar and manages the utilization of space to accommodate programs and meetings.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all student files.
• Provides leadership and direction for all clerical/support functions within the Undergraduate Student Success Center
• Assumes responsibility for providing the Executive Director with a schedule indicating when financial records, reports and other required actions related to personnel, projects, and programs within the Center need to be addressed.
• Assists the Executive Director in the creation of all financial records, reports, and other required actions related to personnel, projects and programs within the Center, and maintains a current filing system for these materials and activities.
• Completes all required forms and reports and submits relevant documents to meet procedures and time lines established by all relevant university administrative units.
• Performs other appropriate duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

• Demonstrated knowledge of and strong commitment to the mission and operation of the Undergraduate Student Success Center.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Possesses the appropriate professional demeanor for working with stakeholders within and outside the university community.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Preferred knowledge of Title III and other funding sources.
• A demonstrated competence in working with data systems.
• The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
• Earned baccalaureate degree
• 3-5 years of office support experience
