Key responsibilities
• Administrative support: answer and route calls, greet and assist visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Office operations: maintain orderly physical and digital filing systems, track and replenish supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• Scheduling and logistics: manage office calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate travel as needed
• Documents and data: create and update documents, presentations, and reports; perform accurate data entry
• Project support: assist North Carolina projects with clerical/administrative tasks and serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers
Required qualifications
• Experience: 2 or more years in an administrative, clerical, or office management role preferred
• Computer skills: strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable learning new software and systems
• Communication: clear, professional verbal and written communication; friendly, service-oriented approach
• Organization and time management: proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Discretion: handle confidential information with professionalism
