Pay Range: $80,000 - $87,000 (Commensurate with experience)

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Clinical Supervisor – Rehab Services will have the role of providing clinical oversight, direction, and leadership to the Rehab Services programs of Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), Peers, and Targeted Case Management (TCM). They will work in collaboration with the Program Manager and be officed in St. Cloud.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Rehab Programs; attend to operational issues, including crisis management, consultation, staff and client complaints, and coordination of care.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels, including hiring and training of Rehab staff
- Conduct performance evaluations for Rehab Staff in collaboration with the Program Manager.
- Familiarize self with Minnesota Statutes 245B.0623, 256B.0924, 256B.0616 and DHS requirements for each program.
- Provide monthly group and individual treatment supervision, as directed by program requirements.
- Review and sign all required documentation.
- Manage productivity standards and budget for Rehab programs to ensure financial viability of programs in collaboration with Program Manager.
- Be available for clinical client concerns of Rehab Services Staff.
- Provide recommendations and oversee all mandated reporting issues.
- Be familiar with implementation of health integration, including care collaboration agency wide.
- Complete Comprehensive Evaluations for Rehab clients to determine a recipient’s eligibility for mental health services.
- Comply with all reporting mandates including the duty to warn, child protection and vulnerable adult, and ombudsman incidents.
- Contribute to peer reviews and chart audits, providing feedback to providers.
- Attend weekly and monthly management meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday with some flexibility. Clinic hours are 8am- 5pm. May need to provide phone support to mental health providers who see clients until 6pm.
Salary : $80,000 - $87,000
