What You’ll Do
Lead & Support a High-Impact Team
- Provide clinical supervision to mental health practitioners, ARMHS staff, and Targeted Case Managers
- Facilitate individual and group supervision aligned with Minnesota standards
- Coach, mentor, and support staff development and performance
Drive Clinical Excellence
- Conduct and oversee diagnostic assessments and annual updates
- Ensure assessments support effective, person-centered care
Ensure Quality & Compliance
- Review and sign off on treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support audits and quality improvement initiatives
Shape the Future of BHAS
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance program outcomes
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Contribute to policies, procedures, and program development
What You Bring
Required:
- Active Minnesota licensure: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Minimum 2 years of clinical supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of mental health regulations and documentation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience with ARMHS or similar community-based programs
- Training in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, etc.)
- Passion for serving diverse communities and advancing equity in care
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00–$50.00/hour, based on experience
