Lead & Support a High-Impact Team

• Provide clinical supervision to mental health practitioners, ARMHS staff, and Targeted Case Managers
• Facilitate individual and group supervision aligned with Minnesota standards
• Coach, mentor, and support staff development and performance

Drive Clinical Excellence

• Conduct and oversee diagnostic assessments and annual updates
• Ensure assessments support effective, person-centered care

Ensure Quality & Compliance

• Review and sign off on treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support audits and quality improvement initiatives

Shape the Future of BHAS

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance program outcomes
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Contribute to policies, procedures, and program development

Required:

• Active Minnesota licensure: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Minimum 2 years of clinical supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of mental health regulations and documentation standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience with ARMHS or similar community-based programs
• Training in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Passion for serving diverse communities and advancing equity in care

• 💲 $30.00–$50.00/hour, based on experience
