Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate instructional coach to join our team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to design and implement effective instructional strategies tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to educators through classroom observations, co-teaching, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions focused on best practices in teaching and learning.
- Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and support teachers in developing targeted action plans.
- Build strong relationships with educators, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for professional growth.
- Stay current with educational research and trends to provide evidence-based recommendations to staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum and assessment tools that align with state standards.
- Act as a resource for teachers in integrating technology and innovative teaching methods into their practice
- Support school-wide initiatives aimed at improving instructional quality and student engagement.
- Participate in team meetings, professional learning communities, and other collaborative efforts to enhance instructional practices across the school.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification and a minimum of 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience, elementary level preferred.
- Proven experience in instructional coaching or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of instructional strategies, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with educators and staff.
- Proficient in data analysis and using data to inform instructional decisions.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its application in the classroom.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Elementary - 8:35 AM- 4:05 PM
