Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing various areas of the facility.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and kept in hygienic condition.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly, recycling materials when applicable.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with setting up and taking down furniture and equipment for events and meetings.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures related to custodial work.
