West Parc Apartments - Porter

Central Bethany, Owner of West Parc and LaScala Apartments an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Porter to join the West Parc / LaScala Apartments team! The successful candidate will be detail oriented, reliable, hard working and enjoy providing excellent customer service to our tenants.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay:$23.50- $24.00

Shift: Full Time

Must have valid driver's license.

Main Responsibilities

• Aid maintenance staff with light tasks
• Upkeep various outdoor community areas
• Paint curbs, touch up walls or fences
• Drive trash receptacles to compactor for disposal.
• Pick up loose mail, trash, debris around properties.

Language Requirement

All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
