Now Hiring: Lease-Up Leasing Consultant – Luxury Waterfront Community

Position Overview:

As a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving occupancy, generating excitement, and creating a lasting first impression for prospective residents. You’ll be responsible for showcasing our luxury apartment homes, managing leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Conduct engaging property tours highlighting premium features and waterfront lifestyle 

• Proactively manage leads and follow up using CRM systems 

• Convert prospects into residents through strong closing techniques 

• Maintain detailed knowledge of pricing, availability, and lease terms 

• Assist with marketing outreach and community events to drive traffic 

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents alike 

• Support the lease-up strategy to achieve aggressive occupancy goals 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Minimum 2 years of Class A leasing experience (required) 

• Prior lease-up experience strongly preferred 

• Proven track record of closing leases and meeting or exceeding goals 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset 

• Professional presentation aligned with luxury brand standards 

• Familiarity with Yardi leasing software and CRM systems

Language Requirement 

All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
