As a Human Resources Manager with Special School District (SSD), you will help shape the employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through ongoing support and professional growth. Working closely with district leaders, you will support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and retention efforts that help build and sustain a strong workforce. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees and administrators, providing guidance on employment practices, policies, benefits, and leave processes while helping ensure a positive and supportive work environment. Through collaboration, strategic planning, and data-informed decision-making, you will play a key role in strengthening organizational culture and supporting employees throughout their careers with SSD.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, relevant discipline, or a commensurate level of experience
Salary
- $80,000
