As a Human Resources Clerk with Special School District (SSD), you will help create a positive experience for applicants and employees by supporting key human resources processes from recruitment and hiring through onboarding and ongoing employment. In this role, you will assist with employment documentation, records management, applicant support, and employee inquiries while working closely with Human Resources staff and district administrators to ensure processes are accurate, efficient, and responsive. Through strong customer service, attention to detail, and collaboration, you will help support the daily operations of the Human Resources department and contribute to a welcoming and professional experience for those who work at SSD.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma required
- Previous experience in an office environment and or education environment required
Salary
- $21.84 to $25.22/hour based on experience
