What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor Rehabilitation position at CentraCare?
Responsible for helping to direct the rehabilitation services department. Coordinates and supervises operations of the department. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department. Assures competency of all personnel. Assists in formulating budget, evaluates department performance, and responsible for and taking appropriate action to maintain departmental budget guidelines. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all corporate, state, federal and local regulatory laws.
Schedule
- Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Onsite
- Days | Monday-Friday | Clinic hours 7am-5:30pm
- No weekends or holidays!
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $87,208.98per year and increases with experience
- Salary range: $87,208.98- $130,890.14 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy program required.
- Currently licensed in the state of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
