Summary
- Provides support to direct care staff.
- Nurse-led appointments for chronic disease management.
- Procedures which may include IV’s, dressing changes, and others.
- May include medication, infusion and immunization administration.
- Facilitates patient flow. Advocate for patients as needed.
- Patient education.
- Organizes patient health information and updates electronic health records.
- Maintains emergency equipment and other resources needed to provide safe, high quality patient care.
- Provides management of pharmacy refill program for patients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Fulltime position - Working 60 hours every two weeks | Onsite
Primarily Mon-Fri, 12-hour shifts, 7:30AM to 8:00PM| Every 3rd weekend typically 8:45AM to 4:30PM
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $33.98 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $33.98 - $50.96 per hour

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) current license in the state of Minnesota required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required with exception: inability to complete certification process related to a health condition. Employee must complete education portion of the BLS within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to work well with team members and act as a leader for the nursing department clinical staff.
- Good communication, computer, documentation, and time management skills.
- Nursing RN assessment skills as well as procedural skills within scope of practice.
