Responsibilities:
- Strategic Merchant Partnership: Partner with Category Strategists and Merchants to translate business goals into marketing direction. Validate promotional specs and lead category-driven campaigns.
- End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Orchestrate the full lifecycle of a campaign-from messaging frameworks and creative development to media alignment and channel mix.
- Operational Excellence: Leverage AI tools and automation templates to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase execution speed.
- Measurement & Transparency: Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence to deliver pre- and post-activation performance reports to Finance and Merchant teams.
- Leadership & Culture: Model servant leadership and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment across marketing and operations functions.

- Merchant-First Strategy: Proven ability to translate complex category goals into clear marketing plans and the confidence to "pressure-test" asks and own trade-offs with merchants.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Orchestration: Experience leading creative and media teams simultaneously to ensure brand alignment and impact.
- Performance Discipline: A data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI, budget ownership, and continuous process improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools and templates for workflow automation.
- Soft Skills: Resilient, curious, and a "servant leader" who thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Experience (Nice to Have): Previous experience in Grocery (Fresh), Health & Wellness, or General Merchandise divisions is a significant plus.
