Responsibilities:
- Act as cross-functional hub for project executions while partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success.
- Takes ownership of project efficiency.
- Utilize Agile (Kanban /Scrum) and Waterfall processes and applies relevant approach by project type.
- Experience in omni-channel/all media types of production including digital, eComm, print, video, and packaging.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Open jobs utilizing agency software tools.
- Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs.
- Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partners - holistic timeline creation and management.
- Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions packaging) to ensure project accuracy.
- Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plan to internal & external teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of professional experience with 1 of those years of experience in administrative experience and/or managing multiple projects.
- Print production experience (preferred).
- Workfront experience (required).
- Agency experience (required).
