Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the CXM Program Manager, internal business units, and external vendors to generate actionable insights that directly inform business strategy and experience design.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor and internal consultant for teams utilizing CXM data to drive continuous operational and experiential improvement.
- Data Synthesis: Translate intricate, multi-source data streams into clear, high-impact, and actionable strategic recommendations.
- Insight Storytelling: Utilize advanced data storytelling and data visualization techniques to influence leadership decisions and inspire action across teams. Executive Presentation: Develop and deliver comprehensive analyses that facilitate root-cause problem solving, strategic prioritization, and executive-level decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional work experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive professional experience specializing in customer experience (CX) measurement, insights research, data analysis, or a closely related discipline.
- Methodological Expertise: Deep knowledge of CX measurement research methodologies and study design (spanning both quantitative and qualitative approaches), including advanced data analysis techniques.
- Data Integration: Proven capability to connect CX metrics with broader enterprise data environments to uncover deeper operational insights.
- Data Engineering Skills: Advanced proficiency in data preparation, blending, and joining disparate datasets across varying systems and software tools.
- Impactful Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical data concepts into digestible narratives tailored for diverse, non-technical audiences to drive alignment and influence.
- Project Management: Robust organizational and time-management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple competing priorities.
- Adaptability: High comfort level navigating ambiguity and organizational change, paired with a big-picture mindset capable of driving business transformation.
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in the social sciences, data analytics, or a related field.
- Industry Background: Prior experience working within the financial services sector.
- Technical Ecosystems: Familiarity with the Qualtrics platform (specifically building dashboards, generating reports, and utilizing Stats iQ) as well as modern data warehousing tools such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake.
