Creative Project Manager

Our client, a leading Fortune 500 organization, is looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to support a busy in-house creative team in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

This role is fully onsite at their office in Fort Worth, TX, 40 hours/week for at least 3 months.  

This Creative Project Manager will be managing a high volume of creative requests across print, digital, production, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is mid-career, calm under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders all while keeping projects moving forward efficiently and collaboratively.

Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end creative projects from intake and briefing through final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
• Partner closely with creative, marketing, and internal clients to define project goals and ensure alignment with brand standards
• Build and maintain clear project timelines, including milestones, owners, and deadlines
• Lead project communication through kickoffs, status updates, reviews, and follow-ups
• Manage a high volume of requests (100 ), ranging from large campaigns to smaller deliverables such as posters or quick-turn assets
• Communicate directly with stakeholders and requestors, tracking project status, gathering missing information, and managing expectations
• Use Asana to track workflows and project data (while managing intake that may still arrive via email)
• Continuously improve processes by streamlining workflows, capturing project data, and identifying efficiencies
• Proactively identify risks or blockers, escalate when needed, and help solve problems before they impact delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience in both an in-house creative team and agency
• Demonstrated understanding of internal dynamics and complex stakeholder environments
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools (Asana strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of the creative process across print, digital, production, and related mediums
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a solution-focused mindset
• Ability to self-organize, take ownership, and work with minimal handholding
