Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to design and deliver strategic communication programs that advance organizational culture goals.
- Lead and facilitate employee advisory groups to gather actionable insights, synthesize outputs, and present recommendations to executive leadership.
- Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans, including stakeholder analyses, leadership slide decks, scriptwriting, and strategic message timing.
- Implement structured change management methodologies to assess organizational readiness, evaluate business impact, and drive continuous alignment across complex initiatives.
- 9 years of experience leading change management, internal communications, or corporate project management initiatives.
- Proven track record of developing and executing structured change management strategies within complex, matrixed global environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing executive-level communication support, executive presentation design, and high-visibility event planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
