This individual will be fully embedded within their organization, reporting directly to the AEM Cloud Assets (DAM) Product Owner, and operate as an extension of our core team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in product ownership, change management, provide value on approach and implementation and a working understanding of digital asset management (DAM) concepts and tools.

Responsibilities:
Product Ownership:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of initiatives related to AEM Cloud and digital asset management.
- Translate business objectives into actionable requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with our Change Management group, to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Possess a foundational understanding of digital asset management principles and the value these tools bring to an organization.
- Be able to collaborate effectively with DAM stakeholders and support the integration of DAM capabilities into broader initiatives.
- Advise on best practices at a high level, without being responsible for day-to-day DAM operations.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of deliverables and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
- 10 years of relevant experience, including significant time in product ownership roles.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale digital transformation or DAM initiatives, preferably within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud) and digital asset management concepts.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter who is intrinsically motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity.
- Empathetic leader who values collaboration and continuous learning.
