Are you ready to transform leading consumer brands into high-converting digital visual experiences? You will drive the creative visual strategy for a fast-growing CPG portfolio, transforming complex product narratives into dynamic motion assets that capture attention across key social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Concept and animate high-converting 2D and 3D motion graphics to drive mobile-first engagement across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
- Enhance raw video and product renders with custom visual effects, dynamic typography, and ingredient callouts to boost performance ad conversions.
- Produce and test multiple creative variations, hooks, and call-to-action placements by leveraging social performance analytics.
- Direct post-production workflows-including audio syncing, sound design, color grading, and multi-format spec packaging-to optimize production efficiency.
- 3 years of professional motion graphics and video editing experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or agency sector.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and short-form video optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated track record of creating high-performing paid and organic social video assets that convert viewers into consumers.
- Strong collaborative orientation paired with a bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent practical industry experience.
