🌿 Production Crew Member – Help Turn Wood Chips into Clean Water!
Location: Neenah
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 20–30 hours/week to start, with potential to grow to 40 hours/week
Occasional weekends required

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
Start strong in our chip-sorting zone and grow into a multi-skilled production pro:
- âś… Operate the tube screen to sort wood chips
- 📦 Move sorted chips to drying boxes
- 🥾 Shovel chips onto conveyors or into vacuum boxes
- 🪜 Occasionally climb a 6-foot ladder
- 🚜 Learn to drive a skid steer (we’ll train you!)
- 🔥 After about a month, dive into kiln operations
