We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to support our client's internal QA efforts and help maintain the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. If you have an eye for detail, a strong understanding of quality specifications, and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Perform internal inspections to verify compliance with customer and industry quality standards
- Check product dimensions, electrical performance, finish, and appearance
- Use gauges, calipers, and micrometers
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and document variations or non-conformities
- Repair or retouch minor product defects
- Identify and categorize scrap, recording causes for corrective action
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality specifications and proper handling techniques
- Notify purchasing when inventory of QA supplies is low
- Wash boards and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Adaptability

- Experience with product inspection and quality assurance processes
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, technical instructions, and procedure manuals
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools a plus
- Basic blueprint reading
- Basic computer skills
