- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly line operations is a plus.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
