We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in cleaning and floor care will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment to achieve optimal results.
• Conduct thorough floor care, including buffing and maintenance of different types of flooring surfaces.
• Execute janitorial and custodial tasks as needed, ensuring cleanliness.
• Provide environmental services by using eco-friendly cleaning solutions and methods when applicable.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide recommendations.
• Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

Skills

• Proficient in cleaning techniques, particularly carpet cleaning methods.
• Strong knowledge of floor care practices, including buffing and maintenance of various surfaces.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with environmental services and the use of eco-friendly products is a plus.
• Experience in commercial cleaning settings is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
