CEIS | Power is currently looking for a Nuclear Lead Cost Controller for one of our top clients.

Responsibilities
- Support project setup, converting estimates into budgets and control structures (WBS/CBS).
- Maintain cost, forecast, and earned value reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and Construction to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor project KPIs, flag performance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Track labor rates, cost multipliers, and update forecasts.
- Support financial reporting, change management, and cash flow forecasting.
- Conduct cost risk analysis and ensure compliance with contract/project controls requirements.
- Improve tools, templates, and internal processes for project cost control.
- 4-7 years of Project Controls experience (Nuclear required)
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of Earned Value, cost engineering, and PMBOK principles.
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, Visio, and Primavera P6.
- Skilled in schedule analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working across teams and under pressure.
