Order Processing Specialist

Job Title: Order Processing SpecialistJob at a Glance: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage and process orders.Location: 4100 East Dry Creek Road Centennial Colorado 80122 United StatesWork Schedule: The 8 hours work shift is flexible on a daily basis from 8am - Midnight MSTPay Rate: $16/hr W2 optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)Duration of Contract: 2-month contract with extension/conversion possibilityResponsibilities:Receive and process orders from contracted selling partners.Accurately input orders into internal systems and monitor them through to completion.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely fulfillment.Serve as a point of contact for selling partners, providing updates and support as needed.Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and documentation.Handle a high volume of orders while maintaining excellent customer service.Required Skills:Data entry experience such as sales support operations, finance logistics, billing systems, or similar background.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred SkillsTelecom industry experience.Familiarity with order management systems or CRM tools.Company Culture:From your first day, you’ll have the support and resources needed to grow your career to new heights and direction.
