Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to help manage customer equipment. This person will receive and track devices, enter information accurately, communicate with customers and internal teams, and help keep repairs moving smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and log customer equipment accurately
• Verify device and customer information in the system
• Enter data into the company’s Oracle-based system
• Communicate with customers about repair status and updates
• Work with internal service and sales teams to resolve issues
• Handle customer equipment carefully and professionally
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and service goals
• Manage workload effectively, including during busy periods or overtime
• Use tools like Google Suite, Excel, Salesforce, and Dialpad
• Identify and help solve problems quickly

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift boxes up to 35 lbs
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or operations
• Comfortable using Google Suite, Excel, Salesforce, and similar tools
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
