Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) - reporting into the Global CEO
Mission
Build CEI’s AI engineering platform and product portfolio to drive non-linear growth, differentiation, and valuation uplift.
Core Responsibilities
- Define CEI’s AI-native solution offerings and architecture (agents, data, cloud platforms)
- Build platforms, accelerators, and IP-led solutions
- Engage with clients to enable technology-led sales and manage client architecture delivery in programs
- Create and own solution strategy, roadmap, and monetization
- Embed IP into deals to drive larger, outcome-based engagements
- Lead co-innovation with Microsoft, Google, Databricks
- Partner with Delivery to scale AI-led, high-margin execution
Success Metrics
- % revenue from platform / IP-led offerings
- Deal size and win-rate uplift (IP-led deals)
- Reduction in delivery effort via reuse/automation
- Number of scalable AI solutions launched
- Partner/analyst ratings on innovation
Ideal Candidate Profile
Background
- 20 years in technology leadership
- 10 years experience in:
- AI / data platforms/solutions
- Enterprise software / SaaS
- Digital engineering firms
- Has built solutions/platforms—not just delivered services
Must-Have Capabilities
- Deep understanding of:
- AI/ML/LLMs and enterprise architecture
- Developer ecosystems and tooling
- Proven track record of:
- Building scalable platforms
- Driving monetizable IP
- Strong commercial orientation (not just tech)
Preferred Experience
- Worked at:
- AI-first companies (Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte and similar)
- Top-tier digital ai/engineering firms (EPAM, etc.)
- Experience with partner ecosystems and co-selling
