Cedar Park Group is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Journeyman Technicians. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient facility operation.

Schedule Options:
- Tuesday – Saturday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Pass Days: Sunday/Monday)
- Tuesday – Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Pass Days: Sunday/Monday)
- Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Pass Days: Friday/Saturday)
- Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Pass Days: Friday/Saturday)
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of HVAC experience and/or Union Journeyman required
- Must be available to work on-site during assigned shift
- Willing to commit to at least the first two contract periods
- Estimated 10% overtime (200 hours annually)
- Must provide own hand tools (specialty tools provided)
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance, inspect, and repair:
- Steam and hot water systems
- Refrigeration and air conditioning units
- Pumps, compressors, and control systems
- Emergency generators, Dampers, Low Voltage
- Must be mechanically inclined to work in a large facility
Must be able to:
- Read blueprints, meters, and gauges
- Interpret technical manuals and specifications
- Lift, climb, bend, and perform physically demanding work
- Work independently and communicate effectively with on-site staff
- Learn and operate the Building Management System (BMS)
- Handle basic maintenance calls (e.g., lighting, plumbing, etc.)
- Follow Duty Engineer procedures and departmental policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Universal Refrigeration Certification
- NYS 7G License (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- 2 years of steam, refrigeration, and service call experience

Salary : $75 - $125
