Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on developing people, creating accountability, improving sales performance, and maintaining a positive, professional culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
- Hold team members accountable to company standards, goals, and sales processes.
- Monitor lead management, follow-up activity, closing ratios, and overall team performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and role-playing exercises.
- Help resolve customer concerns and support the sales team when needed.
- Improve systems, processes, and reporting to increase efficiency and consistency.
