Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Canvasser to join our dynamic team! The pay structure is based on appointment, where each successful appointment made results in $100, paid bi-weekly. Your only limit is how many appointments you can set in a day! Duties

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services with confidence and professionalism with the goal of setting appointments for our closers
• Engage with diverse community members using effective communication skills to build rapport and encourage participation
• Promote our organization’s mission through personalized conversations and persuasive messaging
• Collect feedback, answer questions, and address concerns from potential clients in a friendly manner
• Maintain accurate records of interactions for reporting purposes
• Collaborate with team members to strategize appointments and improve campaign effectiveness

Experience

• Prior experience in sales, canvassing, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude above all else
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader range of community members effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade in various situations
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and appointment setting techniques to have the most likely preferred outcome
• Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing or community outreach will help you succeed quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
