Positions Available
Full‑Time • Part‑Time • Hybrid • Per Diem
Flexible schedules, including 3–4 day workweeks!
What You’ll Do as a DSP
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Encourage independence, skill‑building, and community involvement
- Assist with medication administration and transportation
- Complete documentation and maintain a safe environment
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to support individuals with varying needs
- Valid CT driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
