Job Summary:
As a Child Care Assistant (Educator), you play a pivotal role in shaping the early development and growth of young children. Your nurturing and attentive care create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn, play, and explore. You will be responsible for providing a structured daily routine that includes educational activities, creative play, and social interactions. Educators are responsible for the classroom they are assigned and child-directed curriculum setting the tone that shapes the children's experiences every day. It is essential that you work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a safe and exciting space where children can thrive. This requires adaptability. Delegating responsibilities when needed, ensures teamwork among staff members and a positive, safe, and exciting learning environment for children. Educators will be responsible for a specific age group of children (his/her classroom). In addition, it is expected that each educator will be flexible in meeting the diverse needs of our students while maintaining high standards of care.
