HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
Casper’s Friendly Services is growing and looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher to join our team.
We are a family-owned and operated heating, air conditioning, and plumbing company proudly serving Ocean and Monmouth Counties. We are looking for someone who can help keep our technicians organized, our customers updated, and our daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming customer calls and providing friendly, professional service
Scheduling and dispatching HVAC and plumbing technicians efficiently
Keeping customers updated on arrival times and job status
Entering customer information, notes, and job details accurately
Following up with customers and helping maintain a great customer experience
Assisting with outbound calls, memberships, and office support when needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
HVAC or Plumbing Experience!

Positive, dependable, and a team player
Great at communication and staying organized
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Focused on providing a 5-star customer experience
Previous HVAC, plumbing, dispatching, or customer service experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
