Position Summary
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee and perform the installation of heating and air conditioning systems. This role is responsible for leading installation crew, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation team on residential projects
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations
- Communicate with customers regarding installation process and expectations
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Ensure job sites are clean and safe
Qualifications
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving license)
Pay Rate: DOE
Salary : $30 - $40
