Patio Systems is growing, and we're looking to add multiple experienced Lead Installers to our team.
We specialize in custom sunrooms, screen rooms, porch enclosures, retractable awnings, pergolas, and outdoor living solutions throughout Delmarva. Due to continued growth, we're expanding our installation team and seeking dependable leaders who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer service.
What You'll DoAs a Lead Installer, you'll be responsible for managing and working alongside a small crew while installing a variety of outdoor living products, including:
- Sunrooms and porch enclosures
- Retractable awnings
- Pergolas and patio covers
- Screen rooms and WeatherMaster window systems
- Solar shades and related products
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a crew on job sites
- Reading plans and installation specifications
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Communicating effectively with customers and management
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Training and mentoring less experienced installers
Required:
- Construction or installation experience
- Leadership experience managing crews or projects
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors
Preferred:
- Experience with aluminum structures, framing, carpentry, decking, windows, doors, awnings, roofing, or similar trades
- Experience operating trailers, lifts, or construction equipment
