Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Meets standard requirements and has an advanced skillset in essential functions and responsibilities Inside Sales Representative.
- Work with sales management to service specific accounts, promote new opportunities, or identify potential new customers to start lasting relationships
- Has enhanced knowledge of products, services, and production processes
- Paper and paperboard products
- Printing and packaging processes
- Sheeting, slitting, lamination, and warehousing process
- Logistics and scheduling
- Skill in problem solving for complex issues and in collaborative communication
- Pricing
- Delivery
- Quality
- Logistics and inventory
- New products
- Includes site visits to customers and/or Case divisions
- Meets company auto insurance liability requirements
- Present ideas to Inside / Outside Sales Team, division management
- Utilizes CRM to maintain customer information and sales notes
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Assist in budgetary forecasting
- Follow Case Paper Core Process – Inside Sales
- Other related duties as assigned
