The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a high-level Outside Sales Representative to manage a significant, established book of active business in the Philadelphia region. This senior role is ideal for a proven sales professional ready to grow existing relationships, pursue new opportunities, and drive substantial revenue while working independently in a customer-facing role.
The assigned territory for this sales professional will include: New Jersey, New York, and parts of NE Pennsylvania. The right person for this role will live within the territory. The role is remote.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of active accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business within your territory.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Operations teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Negotiate pricing and proposals to maximize customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Represent Case Paper at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Proven success managing a large book of business and achieving growth targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the paper, packaging, printing, or related industries preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; AS400 experience a plus.
