Role Description The Line Cook is a full-time, on-site role based in Eugene, OR, responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and stocking stations, performing basic food preparation, cooking meals to order, and ensuring proper portioning and presentation. The Line Cook maintains a clean and organized work area, follows all food safety and sanitation procedures, and assists with inventory, storage, and rotation of ingredients. This role works closely with the culinary team to support meal service for residents and guests, including occasional special events, and may help with dish-up, plating, and coordination with servers to ensure timely service.
