What You'll Do
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate administrative processes such as employment verifications, compliance tracking, and employee communications.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of clerical, administrative, or office experience required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.
