As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support while helping our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are looking for team members who are passionate about caring for others and committed to delivering excellent resident care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents’ needs
- Obtain and document vital signs and other required information
- Assist with meals, hydration, transfers, and repositioning
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the licensed nurse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Follow residents’ care plans and facility policies
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
- Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, patience, and respect
- Current Indiana CNA certification in good standing
- Compassionate and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced environment
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
